Hello, my name is Kai Williams. I am an experienced tutor of 3 years, a University of Texas mathematics graduate, and an intramural track and basketball champion. My relationship with education has evolved from a way to fund my appetite for Chick-Fil-A in my junior year of college, to a serious career that has become my favorite part of the week.
I grew up in a town outside of Houston and often struggled in school being raised by a single mother. At my lowest, these struggles led me to being ranked 737 out of 1000 students in my freshman year, and while this was an embarrassing moment, it was not my defining moment. I went on to graduate magna cum laude from community college and transfer to UT. I am now in a position to help students with their learning, grades, and most importantly their confindence.
My tutoring is traditionally in peson, but I am available for virtual on request. I offer services in all forms of algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus. I pride myself on being available for last minute sessions and staying late if it means mastering a concept.
